INDIAN SUPER LEAGUE
The Indian super
league is a professional men Football league
in INDIA .Presently it is not a part of
INDIAN pyramid, the league served one of the top tournaments in INDIA along
with domestic I league .
The INDIAN super
league was founded in 2013with a view to make football a top sport in INDIA and
to raise the level of Indian football .The league currently feature eight team
around India, with tour of top five cities by population
represented in the league. It follows a franchise system around the line of 20
cricket league. Since the seasoned two
teams have been crowned the champion of Indian super league s. On 9 Dec 2010 , the
all Indian football federation signed 15 year 700 –Crores deal with reliance industries and the
international management group of the united states. On 25 April
2011 ,the first person of Francise, Indian
premier league type football league was officially launched .When the Indian football
association of west Bengal launched Bengal premier league soccer.
As of now each
team have maximum of 25 players on their roster and 22minimum.
A maximum of 11
players can be foreign with a minimum requirements of eight per team.
Each team must also sign atleast one marquee player who must
be league approved .The rest of the Indian player must be domestic Indian
players ,two of which must be developmental under 23 players.
